Overview
Sleep is a minimalist bedtime focus app. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything the app does happens entirely on your device.
Data We Do Not Collect
- No account or login required
- No name, email, or contact information
- No location data
- No usage analytics or crash reporting sent off-device
- No advertising identifiers
- No data shared with third parties — ever
Permissions We Request
Notifications — Sleep asks for notification permission so it can deliver your alarm even if the app moves to the background. This permission is optional; the in-app alarm will still fire when the app is in the foreground.
You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Sleep → Notifications.
Local Storage
Your chosen alarm time is held in memory only for the duration of your session. Nothing is written to disk or synced to iCloud.
Children
Sleep does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date at the top. Because no data is collected, any changes are unlikely to affect you.
